FATstock is an easy to use stocking rate calculator from Landgate.
It allows graziers of any size to determine an optimum stocking rate for their paddocks.
All you need to do is to:
- Select a paddock from a drop down list,
- Specify how many days you wish to graze that paddock for and
- Enter in the amount of pasture at the start and end of the grazing period.
The results will show stocking rates for various animal classes, that you can customise.
